Next race for Showtime is the Belleville Midget Nationals on August 5th and 6th followed by the USAC/CRA 410 event at Santa Maria on August 13!

The team is also strongly searching for sponsorship support to make the Calistoga event on September 3rd and 4th.

This past week was spent at the PAS. Things opened with Danny turning a qualifying lap of 16.742 and was 5th quick. It left him one short of making the "last man standing" dash. In his heat he was in a transfer spot when something broke sending him into the wall and crunching the little blue bugger. With front and rear end damage, the crew used every minute to replace just about everything on the car (front end, rear end, driveline, etc). The semi was like a walk in the park for Showtime as he started in the front and won the 12 lap run.

In the feature, Danny had his hands full once again. He started 9th and before long was pushing 6th when a four car spinout collected him. To the back Jack! Danny is familiar with this unwanted action so he restarted and was on fire moving past cars quickly. Late in the race he was right behind the top two, Spencer and Faas, but no time to reel them in and he finished 3rd on a great run to end a grueling day!
