Leroy has been around sprint car racing for a long time. As a Wagtimer he has supported everything we did. He worked for American Airlines until he retired and it always allowed him to travel around the country for races. A very nice guy who spends a lot of time visiting on road trips and enjoys the open wheel stuff. I see him at tracks around the country, when I go somewhere these days.
